Spicy Food in Philadelphia

I was pleasantly surprised to sample this type of cuisine in America. Trying out this restaurant was a wonderful experience. We indulged in four dishes, all of which were delectable. Although I attempted to finish them all, my appetite didn't quite match up. During my conversation with the waitress, she mentioned that the chefs hailed from Taiwan and Sichuan and were highly skilled - a fact that I wholeheartedly concur with.
