Magnificent view from my hotel in Punta Cana

Punta Cana is located in the Dominican Republic. We took a taxi from the international airport to Punta Cana which took approximately 45 minutes. As my driver was describing Punta Cana is named by the Cana( which apparently means Palm) and Punta (which means the top of something like the “top of the finger or the mountain”). Driving here can be kind different, we didn’t see many stores but mostly a lot of green areas. People here tend to travel by scooter due to the high cost of cars and diesel. The beaches are absolutely gorgeous, but we were suggested to come back during Sep-Jan months to have a better understanding on how clean and limpid the beach would be.
