Finally trying out the well-known restaurant opened by the one and only Gordon Ramsay. I have to reserve in advance of 8 months before coming to this day to try the Michelin chef’s restaurant. To start off the journey, soufflé packs a savoury punch as the cheesy cheddar sauce is soooo creamy and umami! 8/10. Follow by the mains which I have to order the beef wellington, the star of the restaurant, beef is well cooked and not dry but the pastry lacks texture and flavour, 7/10. But the lamb saddle is the bomb! It’s underrated but I believe it tasted amazing, it smells good and soft to chew and swallow 10/10.
