Nice flowers by the roadside

Love these flowers by the roadside in Taiwan. Don’t know what is the name of these flowers and they can only be seen in the month of February. They are growing on the surroundings wall of an industrial area factory in Taichung area. Many people purposely come here to just take a few a couple of pictures for IG postings.
