Review of 20+ National Parks in the United States|Complete Ranking Guide

I've been in the US for 10 years and have visited more than 20 national parks, big and small. Let me rank them based on my preference. I've roughly divided them into 4 tiers: Tier1: Must-visit. Tier2: Worth a special trip. Tier3: Worth a detour for a check-in. Tier4: I don't know why it's considered a national park.. Now let's get to the point: 🟠Tier 1: 🔹Yellow Stone + Grand Teton: They stand out for their diverse landscapes and wildlife, and are the face of US national parks. I've camped twice in Yellowstone and Grand Teton respectively, and the campsite locations are pretty good, with beautiful lakeside views and well-equipped facilities. Highly recommended. 🔹Glacier: A national park that gave me a big surprise. I was attracted by a picture of a colorful stone lake on Instagram and decided to go. I found out that the color of the stones was all post-production, but the stunning scenery exceeded my expectations. The spectacular canyons, snow-covered peaks, rivers formed by melting snow, and the lush forest below form a landscape that is no less than Switzerland. Highline Trail is probably my favorite so far. 🔹Grand Canyon: I still remember the shock I felt the first time I went there. Although I had heard about the grandeur of the Grand Canyon, seeing is believing. The sudden silence when you walk to the edge of the canyon brings a tremor to your soul. I personally think the South Rim is more beautiful than the West Rim, and the glass bridge is not that interesting. I want to try the Rim to Rim trail next time. 🟠Tier 2: 🔹Olympic: The diversity of landscapes and scenery is comparable to Yellowstone, with valleys, lakes, oceans, and rainforests. The scenery is not bad, but the weather was not very good when I went, it was cloudy and sunny, which affected the experience to some extent. But I guess it's the changeable weather that creates different landscape features. 🔹Yosemite: Another famous national park, but I went during the dry season, without the feeling of a fairyland. However, the white granite stones are very beautiful, it should be better with water. 🔹Zion: It should be the most fun among the several parks in Utah. I went up the narrows and climbed the angles landing. The inconvenience is that you have to take a shuttle to get in, which reduces some efficiency. Angels landing requires a draw, which adds some uncertainty to the trip. 🔹Arches: I went to the delicate arches trail, there is no shelter throughout the journey, Utah in summer is like hell, I suggest not to try in summer, but the scenery is very unique, it's worth the bumps on the road.
