The Terracotta Army Museum - Recreating the Splendor and Glory of the Qin Dynasty

The Terracotta Army Museum has been open to the public since 1979, but the precious cultural relics that have been restored and presented to us over the decades are just the tip of the iceberg. Yet, they are enough to amaze and shock us. The thousands of distinct Terracotta Warriors, the national treasure-level bronze chariots of Lishan Garden, each artifact, each story, reveal to us the bravery and skill of the Qin Dynasty soldiers, the exquisite craftsmanship of bronze ware, the meticulous detail and emotional sublimation behind the Terracotta Warriors, and also showcase the splendor and glory of the Qin Dynasty's unification of China. We are grateful to our guide, Ms. Yanran, who grew up here and whose school was once in Lishan Garden. She has witnessed the tremendous changes in her hometown in the new era and the nation's protection of cultural treasures. Her extensive knowledge has deepened our understanding of this place, and we have gained much. Chinese civilization is long-standing and illustrious, with the light of history shining like stars in the river of time. We should truly be filled with cultural confidence, earnestly study history, and be learners and inheritors of Chinese culture.
