Nogeyama Park Observation Deck

This observation deck is located in the observation area of Nogeyama Park, and is the second generation one, completed in 2011. The observation area has been renovated to make it barrier-free, and the observation deck also has an elevator. The first floor has a well-equipped toilet, and for a toilet that leaves the entrance open, it feels clean (although leaves and other things inevitably come in). It's not that high up, but it has a nice view. There are terraces on the second and third floors, each with a different feel that you can enjoy twice. #神奈川観光
