Lashihai | A solitary tree, a free wind

🌟 The winter at the Lashihai Migratory Bird Bay is exceptionally tranquil, with only the occasional cry of seagulls breaking the silence. On the vast grassland, a lone tree standing by itself catches the eye, its shadow elongated by the sunlight, accentuating its solitude. Solitude is an inevitable part of our lives, profound and enduring, real yet hard to articulate. As the Hungarian literary master Sándor Márai said, 'Solitude is conscious being alone, not punishment, not a sign of withdrawal, nor a quirk, but the state of being truly existent as an individual.' Solitude is like the thin air, a poem, a small world. When we understand and appreciate solitude, we meet the true self. ⛰️ Under the pure blue sky, the sunlight outlines the contours of the snow-capped mountains, melting away the chill of the morning, leaving only the howling wind that makes the wheat fields and the lake surface undulate. The lake shimmers, dotted with light, resembling the scene of 'a boat full of starry dreams pressing on the Milky Way,' and I can hardly believe my eyes, the lake surface actually presents a golden color, twinkling with light. 🌾 The sunlight dyes the vast grassy slopes into a brilliant golden yellow, with the wild grass showing a clear transition from yellow to green, and the slender tips of the grass shining in the sunlight like luminous bodies. Seagulls soar in the sky, their graceful posture as if the embodiment of freedom and romance. It is said that Lashihai is a habitat for migratory birds, with more than 80 species of birds wintering or resting here each year, making it the crown of Northwest Yunnan. 🦙 In the distance, on the grassland, two Tibetan antelopes are always grazing with their heads down, never looking up, indifferent to the noise around them, focusing on enjoying the delicacies, seemingly unconcerned about charging five yuan for photos with tourists, facing everything calmly, without being flustered by honor or disgrace. Perhaps this kind of leisurely life is where true happiness lies. 🌬️ The wind at Lashihai Migratory Bird Bay in winter is strong, blowing in all directions, wanton and free. Today, wearing a fleece hat and a windbreaker, I can barely withstand the strong wind, but no amount of wind can stop the seagulls from flying freely. The wind is free, the lake is free, and solitude is also free. Standing in the mountain ravine, with the howling of the wind, I feel the freedom in life!
