Daigoji Temple Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Daigoji temple
Daigoji temple is a Buddhist temple and it is established in Kyoto city, Japan. This temple is a world heritage side. In side of the this temple is so beautiful and peaceful. You can see many types of trees. It is kind of Japanese Zen garden. Moreover, the nightlight of this temple is the red bridge. Also, it suits with people who like to meditate and taking many pictures. There is the area for meditation as well. Furthermore, you can feel that you go to another world where is quite serenity. I recommend you to visit this temple. #Temple #Japan #Buddhist

Fukuchiyama Castle Park Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Kyoto Prefecture | Forest of Kyoto Akechi Mitsuhide's Residence, Fukuchiyama Castle
Fukuchiyama Castle was originally 'Yokoyama Castle', the stronghold of the local Yokoyama clan. Akechi Mitsuhide, who subdued Tanba, gathered the elite of castle construction at the time and rebuilt it as 'Fukuchiyama Castle'. Within Fukuchiyama Castle, there were structures such as a three-story four-floor tower and the vast outer citadel of Ninomaru. However, after the abolition of the feudal domains in the fourth year of Meiji (1871), the buildings were demolished one after another, leaving only the stone walls from the tower to the main citadel, the well known as 'Toyoiwa no Ido', and the copper gate sentry post, etc. The current tower took three years to rebuild and was completed in Showa 61 (1986), with the interior serving as the Fukuchiyama City Folk Museum. In addition, there is the Fukuchiyama City Sato Taisho Memorial Art Museum in a corner of the park, mainly displaying works by the late master of Japanese painting—Sato Taisho.
Address: Go, Fukuchiyama City, Kyoto Prefecture
Transportation: Get off at 'Fukuchiyama Station' on the JR Sanin Line or the KTR Miyafuku Line, and it's a 15-minute walk
Ubuya Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Lovely stay at Ubuya in Kawaguchiko
Nothing beats having a private onsen with a view of Mt Fuji in your own room! Our stay also included a kaiseki dinner and breakfast, which were pretty good too.
Location is slightly difficult to access, though you can book a shuttle bus with the hotel to and from Kawaguchiko Station.
