Asked for a table near the windows and received a table right beside the windows.  Received food very quickly and it tasted great.

Supposedly one of the trendiest places to be for brunch in Melbourne. The place is a sim with a chic decor with a refurbished power station as a backdrop. The food is not bad but it is slightly below expectations for me, given the raving reviews that everyone has been giving this place. The dark rye and chives waffle was the better dish among what we ordered. Chilli scrambled eggs had also a good kick to it with the spicy twist. Blueberry and ricotta hotcakes were not fluffy and soft enough but the taste of the toppings were good. Coffee was average for me. Try to go early or make reservations as the place filled up quickly given its popularity for a brunch spot for tourists or business people alike even for a weekday.

This place is a hidden gem. Simple, though staff and food are just lovely. Coffee wasn&#39;t too bad either. Park anywhere on Railway Ave for short walk to the Cafe.We both had eggs on toast, one with mushrooms, one with Bacon &amp; avo. Eggs pretty much perfect.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is vibrant yet comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, and the food was consistently good, especially the chocolate dessert with Earl Grey infused cream.

The vibe is cosy and spot on for a date night or catching up with mates, with dishes that are both beautifully plated and packed with flavour.

This was the second time back at 3rd wave and did not disappoint. The experience (food, service) being fantastic - will be back with our group again -  and I suspect by the positive feedback I have received from those with me at the time and by word of mouth, our group will be bigger!

The seafood buffet here is a must-try! With a wide variety of fresh seafood and delicious desserts, it&#39;s perfect for seafood lovers. The atmosphere is elegant, making it a great spot for special occasions.

The Chilli Prawn pasta is absolutely delicious! The balance between the sauce and pasta is just perfect, and the coffee here is the best in Melbourne.

The service is top-notch, with really switched-on staff who go out of their way to make every visit a ripper.
