This was hands down one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. I have eaten at many Michelin star restaurants and Adduma Taormina deserves at least 1 star. Marika and Stefano were superb with their service knowledge of the food and the recommendations for wine. There was so much great food but the highlight was the waygu beef and the 2 starters beef tartare with potato millefeuille and lovely sauces and accompaniments. The sashimi filetto with pesto and Parmesan chip was equally amazing!  The wine was exquisite and the desserts were heavenly. This is a restaurant not to be missed.

This wine bar was a lovely place to spend an evening. We had a salad, a focaccia and some tapas to share, everything was delicious. Bit dubious of the seating at first - a very low stool in the alley outside of the bar, but this was actually a great spot for people watching. I had the wine taster menu and each wine was lovely and an interesting choice.

The ambiance is vibrant and welcoming, with good music enhancing the dining experience. The service is friendly, and the waiting times are reasonable, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal.

Cosy vinotheque atmosphere with lots of bottles in shelves around the place and along the walls. We had a table next to a whole collection of different &lsquo;volcano&rsquo; gins from the Etna surroundings.Food was perfect. Expect the prices on the upper end. Very stylish place with friendly and attentive personnel. Highly recommended to choose and try either a wine from the Etna region or from Sicily. The choice and variety of wines offered are  exquisite.
