Yoshitomo Kibe, A chef trained in Paris opened this restaurant here in Tokyo two years ago. It was really excellent. The price is still reasonable. The food is delicious. The restaurant is exquisite, modern and the service can be said to be top-notch. (The clerks are trained by Yoshitomo), a rare French-style restaurant in the Japanese food world. Phone [--]..... I'm sorry I only have a restaurant card written in Japanese, so I can't write the address... But a phone call can guide the restaurant, just a few stops from downtown Tokyo. Wonderful, flawless cooking.
