这家大队长老火锅店地理位置来说光说了个青年路中天大酒店旁边，的确不那么精确。不知道青年路的人要找好久才找得到哦。应该直接说重庆书城或新世纪百货的旁边，这样就好找了。去的时候天快黑了，大门都灯光照起了，看起很是红火的感觉，灯旁边还有对联的哦。电梯口也有咨客在旁边接待的。坐电梯上到2楼，出电梯就看到了很经典的装饰了哦！右手边是等位区域。有没有还旧的感觉啊!现在很难得看得到这样的场景了哦！我们坐的一楼，貌似还有二楼的，面积来说肯定还是算很大的了。桌椅这些都是以木质桌子为主的。感觉还挺舒服的。去的时候，锅底和有些菜品都是上到桌上的了。锅底看起还是多舒服的哈，不知道他们要的什么辣度的。反正我越吃越辣了，估计是中辣的。吃到后面倒没有越吃越咸的那种感觉，总体觉得味道还不错的！鲜毛肚、鲜鸭肠，火锅经典菜品。吃火锅的必点菜品。毛肚还是吃起新鲜爽脆的，鸭肠也还可以，份量还算可以的。现炸酥肉，一上桌就被手拿拿光了。个人觉得酥肉有点肥，吃起油了点点。鲜郡（月字旁）花，这道菜我平时不怎么吃的，所以不知道吃起怎么样了。自家卤肥肠，这个肥肠要多煮一下，煮得越久越入味，越有嚼劲。这个还多香的。鲜腰花，有的人事不习惯腰花的味道的，我觉得还可以，能够接受的。梅林午餐肉，我最喜欢火锅的时候点这个菜，但是大队长老火锅这里感觉切得有些小啊，摆盘是有了美观，但是给人感觉份量的确不多的。要梅林牌的哟才好吃的。麻辣牛肉，他们家这道菜值得推荐，味道码得很好，吃起很是入味，口味重的人肯定喜欢这道菜的。很麻辣，很香的。鹌鹑蛋，这个菜可以先煮，煮一下就可以吃了。也可以最后等它煮入味的时候吃。我反正喜欢吃的一道菜的。南川方竹笋、农家豆腐、井水豆芽、海白菜、功夫土豆、飘香黄瓜卷、山药、鲜鸭血、鲜香菇，金针菇。素菜还是有这么多的，我觉得竹笋这道菜还不错，其他都是很平常的素菜类了哦！忘了说他们家的墙壁了，完全的大队长的风格，怀旧感觉。喝水的杯杯也是搪瓷杯杯哦，现在很少有人用了哦！不在沉默中爆发就在沉默中变态。呵呵！感觉价位这些还是能够接受的，中途还有服务员过来表演哟，又是一道风景线哟，气氛相当不错的啊！
