Ice cream is delicious, and some flavors are really unique, like goat cheese and honey. This shop is very nice, with many friendly people, a comfortable place to enjoy handmade ice cream, they really know how to make the aftertasteful ice cream :) The ice cream here is rich in flavor and taste. The store itself is luxurious, with its doors open to the street (it's great for people to see), and old-fashioned jazz is played in the store (think Ella • Fitzgerald and Frank • Sinatra). As you stroll through the winding streets and gothic buildings, this is a great place to stop!

Known as the "Haagen-Dazs" of Vietnam. The service is also very good. The environment is good. There is an open-air seat. I sat down and had an ice cream. I rested. It was good. The average dessert was RMB20-50, and a large ice cream ball was about 100 RMB. Vanilla and durian flavors are recommended.

根据Vincious哥胡志明人脉的调查，这间是胡志明市最强的冰淇淋店。一个休闲的下午，门口的小哥帮我停好摩托车️，门口的美女店员笑着跟我打招呼，帮我开门，好甜的感觉。进了大门就到了冰淇凌柜台，开门的美女径直进了厨房，我看了5分钟的冰淇淋和墙上各种饮料介绍，愣是没人来服务，我也没找到哪有冰淇淋的价钱。硬着头皮问柜台里的服务员，她才过来说一勺冰淇凌6万5千越南盾（约人民币20块），最多3勺。我选了一个百香果口味，付钱拿到了，进去找个座位慢慢吃。百香果冰淇淋口感沙沙的，冰渣非常多，跟我第一次完全不会技巧做出来的冰淇淋口感一样，上下牙轻轻一咬到冰淇淋上，感觉整块就垮下来了，非常松散，我个人是不喜欢这种口感的，味道偏酸，感觉就是百香果汁冰起来的。还好这里环境不错，温馨的灯光，舒适的空调，很大的书架上放着好多书，不过都锁着，据说是不可以借阅的，太夸张。无意间我发现，别的顾客都是先就坐，再看菜单点单。所以我也学着把菜单拿来，看看还有什么别的可以吃喝。☕️巧克力冰淇淋咖啡就是冰咖啡里放一个巧克力冰淇淋。越南咖啡冰淇淋比较有特色，杯子里放一个冰淇淋，然后上面是用越南式滴漏咖啡器，把热咖啡滴在冰淇淋上面，大概2～3分钟咖啡滴完了，就可以享用了。其实咖啡里的巧克力冰淇淋跟前面叫的百香果冰淇淋完全不同，口感很浓密，完全没有冰渣感，心想这还差不多。最后叫了一个豪华的冰淇淋球拼盘，每一个球里面都有几种不同的冰淇淋做出很多层次。照旧水果类的冰渣很重，奶类巧克力类的很浓密。陪着巧克力酱和焦糖一起吃，整个人都甜了起来。

吃的非常满足，食材都很新鲜，可以放心大胆地吃，招牌菜都很推荐！

喜欢吃甜品或者冰淇淋的真的不可以错过，很多都很好吃，有个特色就是每月第一个周五都有雪糕自助，有40多种口味选择，价钱也不贵，40WVND，单点的话，可以配上椰子，味道很不错，个人觉得这里的比哈根达斯好吃
