An Indian friend introduced a scenic spot which was built in the 1920s. Kaiser Shumsher Rana, the army marshal who actually controlled Nepal, visited several properties of King Edward VII and came back to build a European-style garden. The dream garden is not big. It is next to the Tamil district. It is a quiet corner of noisy Kathmandu. There is a Kaiser Cafe in it. To accommodate the noisy travelers in Kathmandu, this is a good place to steal half a day's leisure.
