＂ Jiahe Park ＂ is located on the southeast seaside of Jimei Xuecun, Jimei District, Xiamen City. It was built to commemorate Mr. Chen Jiahe, a patriotic overseas Chinese. Mr. Chen Jiajun devoted almost all his energy to the construction of his hometown in his later years. He died in 1961, and there were many things that were not yet possible to do. He had wanted to build a park on the front seaside open space when the garden was completed. In order to complete Mr. Chen Jiajun's last wish, the park was opened on the north side of the park. The park was completed in 1994 and covers an area of more than 30,000 square meters.
