The city hall is magnificent (in many places), and the artwork is the heritage of European and American churches. It may happen to be the festival, the protagonist (bishop, priest) is busy with a lot of new people to do marriage ceremony in turn, family members more or less accompany the party to take pictures, the stairs become the stage for new people to perform, a happy heart. The introduction hall of the mayors on the first floor was empty, and basically only people in the past bathroom. The mayor can usually go in and say hello.
