必看：精美的砖雕和木雕；五彩玻璃；江南园林；防火小巷“火巷”；东西合璧的装饰。 在扬州一众的各种园中，汪氏小苑似乎是名气最弱的，自然游客也是最少的。比起个园何园，汪氏宅第的面积或许也是最小的。 一般的老宅里，木雕都是十分常见的，门框上窗户下甚至床架里到处都能看到，小苑里自然也不例外。这里到处都能看到各种雕工精美的木雕，雕法亦十分多样，浮雕透雕双面透雕等等不胜枚举，若有心细看，也是可以赏玩半天的。但是象船厅里的那样用木头雕成整座门罩的，却并不多见。 玻璃装饰是汪氏小苑里另一处令人印象深刻的地方，猜想主人对玻璃是真爱啊。橱门上、门框上、窗户上到处都镶着在当时的最时尚潮品——玻璃装饰，这其中又以进口的彩色的五色玻璃最为珍贵。 五彩玻璃所在的房间是书斋名“收斋”，奇妙的地方在于，从外往里看几乎看不到什么，而从里面往外看，不仅能看到风景，而且还是五彩缤纷的世界，让人心情分外愉快。 大扇窗户的底面一行，缀的是磨砂玻璃，既保护了私隐又不影响透光，也算是颇有现代的装修理念呢。 相比小巷幽深，庭院却是开阔疏朗的。 庭院里的地上有砖块、卵石、瓦片和瓷砖等相嵌成鹤和鹿的图案，意指“鹤鹿同松”，寓意子孙万代都可享福禄寿。小小的鹅卵石大面积铺陈，远观就像水波纹路一样展开，令整座原本无水的小苑，多了些水的诗意，更配合了船屋的存在。 汪氏小苑的砖雕亦十分讲究，处处各不相同，一面墙上漏窗众多每幅画面都不一样，却全都寓意吉祥。连门框上的小角落里也都处处藏有砖雕，这处宅第当年真不知花了主人多少心思！ 小苑后面有一排漏窗，每个的砖雕图案都不尽相同，但美好寓意都是相同的。牡丹花是花开富贵，宝瓶是岁岁平安，铜钱是富贵如意。总之都是大吉大利。 这就是汪氏小苑，没有旅游团的吵闹，没有到处举着自拍杆的游人，是可以让人静下心来欣赏每一处细节的地方。
