The observation deck goes downhill and goes straight to the No. 1 Wind and Rain Bridge. Follow the Baishui River (1234567 Wind and Rain Bridge) and you can go to Xiaoximen, and then take a sightseeing bus to the North Gate. The route I play is the most scenic spot and the simplest route. The whole journey is about 3 hours and you can see the most classic scenery of Miao Village.
