Due to the internal feud of Tian's Tusi family, the soil was reverted and the bridge was repaired halfway. Since then, it has been repeatedly collapsed and repaired. The last restoration in 1723 was at the time of Emperor Kangxi's Christmas, and in order to celebrate the birthday of the Holy Spirit, Wuxi Bridge was renamed the Zhusheng Bridge. The scenery on both sides of the Zhusheng Bridge is beautiful and refreshing, and the night view is especially beautiful.
