The location of the Hongdingyan Banquet was easy to find; upon arrival, clear signs guided us into the magnificent hall. A ceremonial welcome from the pompous waiters led us into the performance hall. The dance performance was exceptionally captivating; the ancient costumes were culturally rich, and the color combinations and stage lighting were vibrant and perfect. A truly enjoyable experience.★

Lance was very nice and gave us a lot of input during the market tour and the cooking class. He speaks very good English and will translate between the group and chef Li. He will buy fruits for you to try, make sure you have "Long An". We will recommend this tour to our friends.★

Amazing experience. Lance is a knowledgeable and informative host. The tour through the markets was a great experience and I learned a lot about the food and culture. Li was a great chef and teacher which resulted in many delicious dishes to be eaten. I left with happy memories, a full belly and a collection of recipes to try at home.
