The tour guide was patient and professional. He informed the group of specific details one day in advance. The explanation was lively and interesting, and he also told us what was worth seeing. He didn't just recite a script, but felt very alive. He was very attentive throughout the whole process. It was a perfect experience in the Forbidden City. I took a Hoi An day tour with my guide, Thanh. He even brought a raincoat in case it rained. He provided helpful explanations of every nook and cranny of Hoi An, even showing us photo spots. He even gave me some great tips on the night market. The day tour was a success.★

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.
