The coordinator was very responsible. It was already early morning in China but the coordinator was still greeting us with concern. The local driver was very enthusiastic. He held up a sign at the arrival gate and repeatedly confirmed that he had not picked up the wrong person.★

We had such a fun and memorable experience on our hot air balloon ride in Temecula! It was the perfect way to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. From start to finish, everything was well organized, safe, and enjoyable. The views over the vineyards and rolling hills were breathtaking, and the sunrise made it even more magical. The crew was friendly, professional, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the flight. Floating peacefully above Temecula was an unforgettable experience, and we’ll cherish these memories forever.
