5!! Elodie gave our family a private tour of Rouen. Length - perfect, Historical depth - great detail descriptions and price - very reasonable! We were jet lagged and she was able to keep us engaged and moving at a nice pace. We highly recommend her services!

Short Tour taking in the major sites. Full of detail about those sites which I found a little overpowering at times. That said, a good tour for the price but would have preferred a bit less architectural detail and a few more quirkier sites and stories.

The guide provided lots of history and detail including many exact dates. Pacing was good, with some times to sit down. Her accent was a little hard to follow, requiring concentration on what she was saying, but I got 95 percent of her content. She was a little bashful and darted off at the end without giving an opportunity to receive a deserved tip.

I booked a half-day tour of the Tianjing Mangrove Forest, and the experience was fantastic! Our first stop was the Floating Mosque. From the bus, the blue dome and minaret stood out strikingly in the sunlight—solemn and photogenic; every shot was picturesque. Afterwards, we headed to the mangrove forest and saw gibbon monkeys up close for the first time. We fed them bananas, and the little guys were so lively and adorable; it was instantly heartwarming. Our driver, Xiao Qi, drove smoothly and attentively, while our guide, Steve, was enthusiastic and professional throughout, patiently explaining the local history, culture, and geography, making the otherwise mundane journey lively and interesting. The weather was quite hot that day, and finding the gibbon monkeys took some time. Although we only caught a glimpse from afar, it was still a fulfillment of our wish, leaving no regrets. We arrived at the beach in the evening. Our guide was a great photographer, capturing stunning sunset moments for everyone in our group. We were also lucky enough to catch a spectacular iron flower performance—dazzling and breathtaking! Finally, on the return trip, we searched for the romantic fireflies. The twinkling stars and the evening breeze created a truly enchanting atmosphere. The overall itinerary was well-planned, and the experience was rich and pleasant. I was very satisfied with the trip and would recommend it to everyone!

You pick up and use the guide at the Rouen tourist information center. You can sightsee at your own pace. The tourist information center is a little distance from the train station, located next to the museum. (See photo. The tourist information center is where you can see a small blue sign and banner.) The audio guide is easy to understand, and you press the corresponding number on the map when you get close to it. It was great to be able to enjoy it in my own language. The staff at the tourist information center were also kind and left a good impression.

Normally, we book flights and hotels using this app. For our trip to Europe, specifically Switzerland, we booked through this app because it's easy to fill out the details of each traveler. Swiss Pass is great! We traveled as a family of three adults and two children (all under 12), so we bought first class tickets. The three adults and two children were free and could sit in the same class. First class was very quiet; in some trains, it felt like we were the only family in the entire carriage. We also printed out our travel documents because we were checked constantly. You can open them on your phone, but printing them out is easier and saves you from having to buy tickets individually. For us, it was very worthwhile and convenient. The scenery along the way in Switzerland was the highlight of the trip – absolutely breathtaking.


