It snowed with grade 4 wind. Visibility is poor even at Erdaobaihe. Hence all activities at Changbaishan are closed. Out of 10 activities only the Rime rafting and 1172 event can be fulfilled. The travel agent couldn't find enough experienced driver for us. We had the replacement driver who knows almost nothing of the attractions. I am glad I asked for suggestions of other activities, the driver is helpful and pleasing, he contacted the travel agent and recommended a few other activities for us, such as the ATV ride in the snow forrest, flying ride to view the Changbaishan and others as well. Of all, we really enjoyed the Rime rafting, our favourite, and ATV ride. Thank you for the doing your best. We received the agreed refund as detailed in the itinerary through Trip.com. I feel that Changbaishan is better view in Spring or Summer. Winter stands lesser chance due to the weather. With >Grade 3 wind speed, the Heaven Lake is closed. Other activities nearby are worth the trip.★

February 8th in Tokyo was cold but beautiful, with snow falling from the sky. During the trip, we encountered a highway closure, but fortunately, our guide, Zhan Jie, and driver remained calm and quickly adjusted the route, taking regular roads to our destination. Although it took longer, we unexpectedly enjoyed breathtaking snow-covered countryside scenery, making it one of the most unforgettable memories of the trip. Also, thank you to the guide for thoughtfully providing hand warmers for each group member, making them feel warmer in the cold. Overall, the arrangements were professional and thoughtful, making it a trustworthy and highly recommended trip.★

A must-have for lazy travelers! This is a perfect day trip, saving you the hassle of planning. The entire journey is relaxed and enjoyable, with a safe and comfortable drive both ways. Our driver, Mr. Zhou, is very experienced and familiar with the tourist routes and attractions. He was waiting for us at the hotel early and was very talkative, introducing local highlights along the way. The wavy road at Fairy Mountain is definitely worth a visit, and Mr. Zhou even thoughtfully recommended the Three Natural Bridges photo spot. This package is definitely worth considering.★

We were unlucky with the weather. It was rainy and foggy so we couldn't see much. But our tour guide Steven tried his best to show us the best of the trip and did everything to make us comfortable. Steven was calm, kind and pleasant to be around. He shared with us many interesting information, not only about Wulong karst but also Chongqing and China in general. We definitely recommend the tour.
