We had Jeff aka Mr Handsome as our guide. He was v responsible and contacted us a day before w details abt the tour. Jeff has excellent communication skills and is sensitive to the needs of the travellers. He made a slight change due to the weather and bcos of this we avoided the jams. He is very experienced and you feel v assured and relaxed throughout the whole trip. I could not find anything that really needs improving(maybe the potholes). One of the most excellent and knowledgeable guides we have come across through our many decades of tours. He never stops learning. I will not hesitate to recommend Jeff. We got to see our rafflesia and the desa farm was brilliant. The small hike at poring springs was enjoyable! Tqvm for a wonderful day and arrangements!★

Mount Kinabalu is a must-visit in Sabah. Since it's quite far, it's easier to join a tour group. You can also enjoy paragliding and ATV rides. I bought hay for 2 Malaysian Ringgit to feed the cows. It was a wonderful experience to pick up and drop off cows so close to them for the first time.★

Our tour guide, Xiao Chen, was lovely and wonderful! There were more places to eat than we expected, and fresh coconuts were available for purchase. The mountain road was a bit bumpy, but that was unavoidable given the environment. There was also a free farm where we could feed the animals, which were very cute. The staff on the boats to see the monkeys and fireflies were all very cheerful. It was a very worthwhile trip!★

My expectations were high, so I was a little disappointed. The journey was long, but the driver's excellent skills saved us a lot of time. I don't know if we didn't choose the right language for the tour guide, but the company sent someone whose Mandarin wasn't very good, so it was a disadvantage for me since my English isn't good. Also, the suspension bridge was under construction and temporarily closed, which should have been mentioned in the itinerary (disappointing). Seeing the Rafflesia today was a memorable and happy experience.★

During the Chinese New Year, the price of over 500 yuan per person is definitely not as good as usual, and a lot of time is wasted waiting for people to be picked up. Normally, with around 300+ people and fewer people, the experience would be much better. Overall, I'm still willing to give it a good review, because it's truly remarkable that they were able to arrange food, drinks, and entertainment for so many people with different itineraries and requirements, and even provide staggered pick-up and drop-off services during the Chinese New Year holiday. Although the journey is long, the scenery is stunning, and we even saw some wildlife 👍. The itinerary was rich and varied, including snorkeling, sightseeing, monkey watching, firefly watching, sunset viewing, and ironwork performances. We drove back and forth several times on an extremely bumpy road near the Kawa entrance 😂. The downsides are that the morning was rushed; we were too pressed for time on the island. There wasn't much to see while snorkeling; we only caught a few fish with bread. Furthermore, the resort was just an area enclosed by iron railings, with no hot water, and we had to queue to shower in smelly toilets. We didn't see the white sandbar, had a long lunch queue, and didn't take many photos before leaving. The bubbles sprayed on the sand looked a bit dirty and not dreamy at all. The transparent paddleboards weren't enough to keep us entertained, and they started rushing us back after we only took a few photos. The boats rocked so much in the big waves that it gave me a headache. These things are understandable and acceptable, but I was a little disappointed that the experience didn't match the description.
