Had a great day trip to Cinque Terre and Pisa with our tour guide Nathan Smith! He was lovely, friendly, knowledgeable. He also shared with us his photography expertise and also entertained us with fun facts and comedy SNL skits during the bus ride. Cinque Terre was beautiful. The weather was really hot when we went there so we appreciated that the hike at Manarola was not too long but comfortable and it got us to the scenic photo worthy spots. Also appreciated the lovely meal recommended by our tour leader at Monterosso. At the end of the tour Nathan also suggested some fun and popular food options back in Florence that were really great to explore and experience. Overall enjoyed the tour very much and thank you City Wonders Team for executing a wonderful beach getaway.★

In European winters, it gets dark early; it's already dim by 4 pm. Therefore, it was a real shame that by the time we reached the Leaning Tower of Pisa, it wasn't ideal for taking photos, and we couldn't get the perfect shot of someone holding onto the tower with their hands. The rest of the trip was excellent.★

Raffaello was beyond extraordinary -his ability to explain concepts and unpack the long complex history of the Uffizi and its contents was truly meraviglioso! He was able to connect with us immediately and created a rapport that seemed honest and intriguing within moments of starting the tour. My partner and I both had the same impression: we will never again experience the Uffizi the same. There are not enough stars to express our appreciation. Bravo Professore!!!!!★
