How to use

Please contact the island instructor in advance with your confirmation email.

This itinerary does not include transfer service within the Phi Phi Islands.

Please proceed to the Chinese Diving Shop at Ton Sai Bay in Phi Phi Islands on your own for equipment fitting and diving gear try-on.

If you are in other areas such as Laem Tong Bay or Long Beach in the northern part of the Phi Phi Islands, you will need to take a speedboating or diving boat to Tonsai Bay on your own.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 6:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

◎ Respiratory or ear canal diseases; history of lung injuries (especially spontaneous pneumothorax); severe obstructive pulmonary diseases (such as chronic emphysema or severe asthma patients are not suitable for diving); congenital alveolar diverticulum or pulmonary bullae; coronary artery diseases like angina or history of myocardial infarction; red blood cell disorders such as sickle cell anemia; insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus; individuals with heart conditions cannot participate in diving activities.

How long after diving can I take a flight?

◎ After 1 dive experience, it is not recommended to board a flight within 8-12 hrs.

◎ It is not recommended to board a flight within 12 hrs after completing 2 dives.
