We were very fortunate to have Mr. Yan as our driver for our day trip to Badaling and the Summer Palace in Beijing. The car was in excellent condition, comfortable and clean, and Mr. Yan himself was very friendly and polite. He even took us to a pharmacy to buy medicine along the way. Overall, the driving experience was excellent. However, regarding the company's ticketing arrangements, it would be better if there were more detailed and clear instructions for passport holders. For example, they didn't tell us where to exchange tickets for the Great Wall, and for the Summer Palace, we needed to contact customer service for a QR code. But once we contacted online customer service, their response time was very fast, so that was also good.★

From the moment I placed the order to the successful completion of the day trip, the experience was absolutely fantastic. A special shout-out to our guide, Liu Depeng—his service was impeccable! From picking us up and arranging the itinerary to explaining each attraction, he was meticulous and thoughtful in every aspect. Not only was his service incredibly friendly, but more importantly, he possessed a profound cultural knowledge. His explanations never skimmed the surface; he effortlessly weaved in history, anecdotes, and folk customs, making them vivid and engaging. Every step of the way was scenic, every detail explained, and each explanation was enhanced with his own unique flair, occasionally interspersed with suspenseful tales to keep us on the edge of our seats. Other tourists were even drawn to listen in, demonstrating just how captivating his explanations were.
There were absolutely no hidden costs or deliberate attempts to get us to shop—pure, sincere, and professional. In short, today's trip was not just sightseeing, but a truly immersive cultural experience—perfect.★

I was extremely satisfied with this trip to Beijing and must give tour guide Li Huixing a five-star rating! Her service was exceptional; she was warm, patient, meticulous, and attentive. Her explanations were professional and engaging, and she took care of everyone's comfort throughout the trip. The itinerary was well-planned and comfortable, a truly pure sightseeing experience with no shopping stops, no hidden fees, and no forced activities, allowing us to relax and have a worry-free trip. Overall, it was a fantastic and very pleasant trip, highly recommended!
