This is a very good environment and equipment, the hotel looks very attractive, the interior reception is also splendid, very European and Western decor. This time I stayed in the Royal Plaza Suite, the room is spacious, very comfortable, the toilet is super beautiful and clean, the bed is very comfortable, stayed two nights, the whole sleep quality improved. The stay was served with different snacks and Macau's delicacies, very attentive This is a hotel worth recommending, both the outer view of the hotel, and the environmental facilities in the hotel, have made me very satisfied! ★

I've been to this hotel's buffet in Macau many times, and I'm never disappointed. The restaurant has a wide variety of food, and both the cooked dishes and desserts are delicious 👍. This time, during the Christmas season, they also had festive Christmas desserts, which were beautifully presented and smelled wonderful. Therefore, this is a must-visit place every time I come to Macau, and I highly recommend it.★

The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes in generous portions, making it good value for money. However, it was slightly disappointing that they didn't have the lobster mentioned in the advertisements, and while they did offer oysters, the meat wasn't very plump, falling short of the expected "high-end" quality. My favorite dish, however, was their porridge – it was truly delicious.★

Staying in London, I booked Churchill afternoon tea ☕️! The service was incredibly warm and attentive! The tea and desserts were served quickly! The flavors were unique! I really enjoyed it! The coffee ☕️ and tea were also very authentic! Overall, I had a wonderful time in Macau 🥳
