Activation is possible within 1 years after successful booking and is valid for 30 days from the first activation of use

Please download the digital credits package directly to your smartphone and present the QR code to enter the attraction

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 90 day(s) after the Booking date, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 90 day(s) after the Booking date, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

Each attraction can only be used once and cannot be reused.
Please note that activated digital credit packages are non-refundable. Once you enter any attraction, your digital credits package will be activated.
Some attractions require advance reservations. Please refer to the guidebook for details.
