The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was consistent and responsive to requests.
The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made getting around very manageable. The hotel facilities were generally well-kept, and the common areas were clean and welcoming.

Excellent value for money. The one day Hop on Hop off bus pass alone is approximately €25 per person for one day and I only paid £28 in total for the 2-day Vienna Pass for 2 people which includes free entry to lots of the city attractions. The pictures are of the Belvedere Palace and Schönbrunn Palace, just 2 of the sites included with the pass.★

You will need to download and install the Vienna City Card app. There are lots of discounts, it shows the weather, and you can use the tram and metro as much as you want just by installing the app, so it's very convenient 😮💨 You might have a little trouble installing the Vienna City Card on the app.★
