I searched for "Shuttle bus to Malpensa Airport" on Google and it said I could find the location, but it was actually a little off the mark and I ended up just getting on one of the many buses lined up on the main road. It's great because it's several times cheaper than a taxi.

Be careful if you're using the bus during the Olympics. Because roads are closed, even if you go to a location that's been announced in advance, you'll be told, "The bus doesn't depart from here." Be careful if there's an event going on. The bus was comfortable and there were no delays.

The tour was exceptionally good, but I must say it was down to our lovely guide, was it Sam/Samantha? I’m sorry I’m bad with names!! She was knowledgable, detailed in a very interesting way, engaging and funny! During the 3h with her we’ve learned so much and seen Milan through a very different lens.

Debbie was very knowledgeable and really helpful. She brought the tour to life with her local knowledge. Highly recommend her. The only issue were the TUI meeting directions which too k a little while to find each other.

The booking process was simple and smooth! The pick-up location was also very convenient; you can see Autotradale right outside Exit 6 of LIN Airport, or you can ask someone for directions. It was very easy.
