Such a lovely and memorable experience. Learned so much about pasta and had a great time making 2 different pasta’s and a tiramisu! Highly recommend going to a Towns of Italy Cooking class.

Laura was a warm and wonderful instructor who was patient with all of us. She guided us step by step on how to make tagliatelle, ravioli, tiramisu and gelato. It was all delicious and best of all she shared all her special tips to be successful at home. The group atmosphere was fun. It was a fun evening that I will always remember!

Mario was truly an excellent chef! I recommend this experience to everyone, both Italians and non-Italians!! In addition to eating and preparing delicious traditional dishes, Mario also explained the history and some interesting facts that even I, being Italian, didn't know!! Don't miss it!

This was a really fun experience with my 19 yr old daughter!! There were 12 people all couples … The chef was so friendly and generous! We drank bottles and bottles of wine!! Franchesco had the wine flowing for us all night… We arrived at 5 and didn’t leave until 9:30-10pm.. We made the gnocchi, pasta and tiramisu from scratch. The chef made the two sauces fresh as we watched and he explained the entire process… The food was scrumptiously delicious ! The best I have ever had !!! I would definitely recommend this experience for all ages !!
