How to use

After booking, our staff will contact you before 23:00 on the day prior to your travel date. Please keep your phone accessible and arrive at the meeting point at the scheduled time to meet your guide.

Tour time: Morning Session 9:00; Afternoon Session 13:00 (gather 20 minutes in advance)

Meeting point: Enter the Forbidden City through the Meridian Gate by scanning your ID card, then gather under the red "Jing Zhuang Yuan" guide flag in the right corridor after crossing the Inner Golden Water Bridge.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 7:00 PM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 11:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 11:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
