1. The Andaman Wave boat ticket currently only includes shared transfer services from designated areas in the Phuket direction. For specific areas, please refer to the "Inclusions" and "Exclusions" sections.

2. The boat operator does not include transfers on Phi Phi Islands. You will need to contact the hotel to confirm if they can provide round-trip transfers between the hotel and the pier. If you have booked a return trip to Phi Phi Islands, it is recommended to confirm with the hotel reception in advance whether they can take you to the pier (boarding point). To avoid any disruption to your trip, please arrive at the arrival pier 30 min in advance.

3. The Phi Phi Islands hotel may pick you up at Ao Ton Sai Pier or Phi Phi North (Leamtong). It is recommended to contact the hotel to confirm the pier before purchasing the corresponding boat ticket.

The first stop of the Andaman Wave boat will be at Ao Ton Sai Pier. Passengers who have purchased boat tickets to Ao Ton Sai Pier can disembark when the boat docks for the first time.

5. Guests who have purchased Phi Phi North boat tickets may be transferred to a speedboat by the boat operator upon arrival at Tonsai, subject to the operator's arrangement. Your understanding is appreciated. Upon reaching Phi Phi North, the boat staff will assist you in boarding the hotel's shuttle boat.

6. For guests who have purchased return boat tickets to the Phi Phi Islands, after arriving at Rassada Pier, please follow the staff's guidance to find the shuttle bus (usually marked with the boat company's logo, such as a golden sailing boat or Andaman Wave). Show your boat ticket or confirmation slip to the driver for verification before boarding.

7. The sailing schedule is subject to weather conditions. In case of severe weather affecting travel safety, the boat operator may notify passengers of cancellation with a refund or delayed departure. We appreciate your understanding if your itinerary is impacted by force majeure circumstances.
