Our Blue Mountain One-Day Essence Tour Director Bob is very professional and dedicated. We arrived at the Blue Mountain earlier and the tourists were not many very comfortable. The explanation along the way also made our group appreciate the beauty of the Blue Mountain while deepening our understanding of Australian cultural history! Bob also actively added Blue Lake attractions due to our loose trip. The day's itinerary was easy and pleasant, everyone was very satisfied!★

Patricia was a wonderful and cheerful guide who first took us to Featherdale Park and was very knowledgeable about the animals there. The animals were active and easy to see and feeding the kangaroos was the best part. The Blue Mountains were beautiful and even though it was a little rainy, we went on a nice hike to waterfalls. The Three Sisters was fogged in so Patricia went out of her way to take us to another lookout where the clouds parted and we could see it perfectly. We went to Boars head lookout had a nice lunch in a local town. The ride was comfortable although the seating was a bit tight for 22 people. Well worth the money to not have to worry about driving, parking and finding the right place.★

Tony Our Driver/ guide was very knowledgeable. He made the tour enjoyable for the whole group. Some other nice things about the tour were that the tour started at the exact time, the small size of the group, enough time to spend at all the stops, comfortable bus.
