5. When placing an order, please provide either the first page of your passport or your gender + date of birth.
6. You must arrive at the arrival pier at least 20 min before departure. It's better to be early than late as there are no assigned seats on board.
7. After successful ticketing, no changes or refunds are allowed within 48 hours of the departure time.
8. Whales follow herring schools and move with them, so their appearance cannot be guaranteed. If whales are not spotted, a second whale-watching opportunity will be offered within the same season (subject to availability and valid only for the current season). If you are unable to attend the next cruise, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture with no refund provided.
9. If the weather is too windy for whale watching, the captain will choose an alternative route, and you will be notified upon boarding. You will have the option to select the alternative route for a more sheltered Arctic fjord cruise and receive a refund for the price difference.
