The booking process was convenient. We arrived at the company office an hour before departure, checked in, and exchanged our voucher for a ticket. We paid the transportation fee of about 30,000 rubles per person there, and received luggage tags. We departed 30 minutes late. The boat was large and comfortable, with air conditioning and an open-air sundeck, where drinks were also available. Overall, everything was satisfactory.

We arrived 45 minutes before departure. We upgraded our reservations to tickets. Boarding began on time. Departure was delayed by 15 minutes. We sailed via Nusa Penida. The total time to Trawangan was 3 hours.

The trip was actually better than I expected. The boat was big and comfortable, so the ride didn’t feel too rough. Staff were also helpful and organized during boarding. Overall, it was a smooth and easy trip going to Gili T.
