How to use
1. Redeem your Vienna Pass at the Vienna Sightseeing and Vienna Pass Service Center (Opernring 3-5 17/24, 1010, Vienna).
2. The card can only be used after being converted to a physical card, and will be activated upon first use.
Change & cancellation policies
Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.
Important note
The Vienna Pass is valid from 12 AM to 12 AM, so to make the most of it, we recommend using it for the first time early in the morning.
2. To visit the State Apartments at Schönbrunn Palace, you must confirm your time slot at the ticket office with a pass. The final visiting time slot is subject to availability on-site. During peak season, we recommend making the State Apartments your first stop.
Visits to the Vienna Operahouse require advance booking for a time slot.
