Booking Instructions

1. This is a shared transfer service. Please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pick-up time. If you don't see the driver after the waiting period, contact customer support immediately. If you're late due to personal reasons, the driver may leave without waiting, and you'll be responsible for any additional costs. The shared transfer fee is non-refundable.

2. Pregnant women, infants under 1 year old, seniors over 60, and individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, recent surgeries, or other conditions unsuitable for sea travel are strictly prohibited from boarding. Children must be accompanied by adults - do not book separately. Any issues arising from non-compliance will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

3. Please confirm the number of travelers and baggage pieces in advance when placing your order. If there are any last-minute additions to the number of travelers (including infants) or baggage on the day of the trip, the driver has the right to refuse service, and any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility.

4. The pier usually provides motion sickness medicine (subject to availability on-site). If needed, you can contact the guide on-site to obtain it or bring your own in advance.

5. The trip may be canceled due to weather or ocean currents on the day, in which case you can contact customer support to reschedule or cancel. The sequence of activities, duration, or snorkeling spots may be adjusted based on actual arrangements for the day.

6. For your safety, please strictly wear a life jacket during snorkeling and water activities on the boat trip, and follow the safety instructions from the guide on site.

7. Recommended items to prepare in advance: swimwear, change of clothes, towel, sunscreen, sandals or slippers.

8. Please take all your belongings when getting on/off the vehicle. Additional fees will apply if the driver needs to return forgotten items. Thank you for your understanding.

9. Thai law strictly requires seat belt use during rides - fines for non-compliance are your responsibility. Smoking, drinking alcohol, and carrying pungent foods like durian are prohibited in vehicles. Drivers may refuse service for violations; your understanding is appreciated.

10. If the itinerary includes a visit to Coral Island/Koh Khai, there are plenty of water activities available on the island. You can choose to participate on-site at your own expense.

11. Gratuities are not included in the itinerary. If you're satisfied with the service staff, you may voluntarily give a tip as appropriate. Please be advised.

12. Please ensure the correct hotel pickup address is provided when placing your order. Any last-minute changes to the hotel address on the day of travel will incur additional transfer fees, which will be at your own expense. Thank you for your understanding.
