Guide Yang is an outstanding tour guide whose service elevated our travel experience to a whole new level. He is not only knowledgeable and provides engaging explanations, but also incredibly thoughtful and considerate. Throughout the trip, he constantly paid attention to everyone's needs, proactively helping with photos and finding the best angles, creating many wonderful memories. His care for the elderly and children was particularly meticulous, ensuring their comfort and enjoyment during the journey. His lively and engaging explanations, incorporating historical stories and local culture, made the attractions more vivid and meaningful. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of pace and relaxation, allowing us to visit all the attractions in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. He was also very good at interacting with tourists, patiently answering all kinds of questions, so we not only learned something new but also felt warmth and care during the trip. This trip was made even more unforgettable and wonderful by Guide Yang's company, and we are very grateful for his hard work.

Very happy day, the driver drove smoothly, especially the tour guide Mike, professional and patient, when we went down the mountain, we went to the south side, tired Mike has been waiting, gave him a lot of trouble, he did not have the slightest impatient, but has been patient for us navigation, especially thanks

Mary reached out the day before via WhatsApp and answered my logistic questions. Overall I’m very happy I joined her tour. She is patient, upbeat, and explained well without being overwhelming. Perhaps I’m out of shape, but this ~5 hours walking tour was intense during the last hour or so. Be sure to wear comfiest shoes and bundled up! Also I’m glad Mary’s notes did mention bringing drinks and snacks with you. The snack shops inside the Forbidden City were too long to wait.

Guide Wang's explanations of the Forbidden City are incredibly professional! He effortlessly connects the historical context of the Ming and Qing dynasties with the architectural regulations of the palaces, providing detailed and thorough explanations of everything from mortise and tenon joinery to court anecdotes. His presentations are engaging and insightful, avoiding rote memorization. The itinerary is well-planned, avoiding crowds and allowing you to discover lesser-known facts. He patiently answers questions throughout, maintaining a perfect pace. Following him on a tour of the Forbidden City not only lets you see the sights but also deepens your understanding of the cultural heritage behind them – a truly enriching experience!

Our tour guide, Li Xue, was very professional and polite. Her explanations were engaging and clear, and she could describe the architecture of the Forbidden City, down to every brick and tile, in great detail, sharing many interesting stories. She also interacted with the group members during her explanations. Our family was very satisfied. I highly recommend hiring a guided tour when visiting the Forbidden City.
