Overall, this day trip was excellent! Great value for money! Our guide, Ah Xiong, was conscientious, responsible, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable, exceeding our expectations. Deserves a 5-star rating! The itinerary was tailored to our age, minimizing waiting time and walking, and providing detailed descriptions of all the sights. He was incredibly attentive throughout, engaging in lively conversation and providing vivid and engaging descriptions of the natural scenery, including local customs and traditions, making the rain-shrouded landscapes come alive. The day trip was short, but the scenery of Zhangjiajie, the Ctrip platform, and our guide Ah Xiong made it unforgettable. We'll definitely come back again sometime.★

Our guide, Zuri, was excellent. She was friendly yet professional. She took care to keep us well informed about the various parts of the 2 trips. She took health and safety seriously ensuring we were aware of slippery steps etc. The 2 days were superb with jaw-dropping scenery. The fact that a lot of the time the peaks were partly covered in a foggy mist, that made the experience beautifully surreal. The driver was professional and punctual. The other group members were friendly which also enhanced the experiences. So thank you Zuri and everyone.★

The views cannot be described... these places are all a must visit!!! Thanks to our great tour guide Trevor we manager to enjoy the best spots in all locations... he knew the bits of history behind these areas and shown us all the best spots for photos. We visited Zhangjiajie National Forest Park on the third day of the Lunar New Year. I'm so glad I booked this VIP small group tour; it saved us a lot of time. Both the Bailong Elevator and the cable car have VIP access, so we didn't have to wait in the long, crowded queues during the Spring Festival. Since I was traveling with my parents, who are almost 70, and didn't want them to get too tired, the price felt very worthwhile. Our guide, Xiao Mao, was very responsible and attentive. There were no shopping stops throughout the tour, and he even patiently explained the stories of some generals from western Hunan. We were all very moved! The people of western Hunan are truly great and kind!★

We were the luckiest team of 2026! We initially booked a small group of 16, but due to the large number of people, they upgraded us to a premium small group of 6 for free to ensure a better experience. Our tour guide, a lovely young woman, was incredibly kind and kept introducing the highlights of the trip, showing us only the essential sights with no backtracking. I''m Emilia. Highly recommend "Xiang Age" for your Zhangjiajie trip!
Although there was a language barrier (he doesn't speak much English and I don't speak Chinese), it wasn't a problem at all! Xiang Age is extremely professional and efficient. We communicated perfectly using the WeChat translation feature throughout the entire trip.
He is more than just a guide; you can truly feel that he puts his heart into his work and deeply loves his hometown. Being part of the local Tujia ethnic group, he shared many authentic insights. If you are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and soulful guide, you must reach out to "Xiang Age"! Zhangjiajie is breathtaking, and I will definitely be back!
