● Your tour guide will hold a sign (YOLO Taiwan & Lead Traveler Name) and wait for you at the lobby of your hotel or b&b address (1F).
● If you missed to provide the pick-up information while you were making the reservation, please kindly provide us with the details afterward. (hotel or b&b address / cruise name / flight information)
● The information of the vehicle and tour guide will be provided to you by email 48 hours before your activity starts.

● If there are infants travelers (ages: 0-4) in your group that request the infant seats, please kindly inform us in advance.
● If there are elder travelers in your group who need our attention, please kindly inform us in advance.

● With this 8-hour private tour, you can choose your favorite places to visit and customize the itinerary with your tour guide on the travel date.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
