In March 2024 I had the pleasure of booking this private shopping experience in Delhi with Miss Shehla! About a week or two before my trip to Delhi, India when I booked this, she reached out to ask me what things were on my shopping wishlist. I was so grateful for this. It was thoughtful, so that day of, she knew ahead of time exactly what I was looking for so we could maximize our shopping time.
I already had a list in mind & I sent it over to her. This list included sarees, juttis or shoes, art of a variety of mediums, spices, teas, scarves & jewelry.
With Shehla’s expert help we found everything on my wishlist & more!
Our total time together was about 6-7 hours & it was so much fun!! And it was only that long because I called it quits because I was too tired from a fun but long day of shopping hahaha!
I was picked up from my hotel in a private car, with Shehla & also a private driver.
Our first stop was at a business with multiple stories to their building with all kinds of textiles, art, goods & wares. It was here I bought the bulk of my treasures.
From there we took a rickshaw into the Chandni Chowk district & it was a delight of the senses!! Shehla introduced me to a variety of delicious & safe street foods! Kachori, kulfi ice cream, jalebis, & samosas!! It was so much fun to shop with my friend, visit with & learn from each other & try & experience so many new things!
This private shopping day with Shehla was one of the great highlights of my two weeks in India. I will cherish this day & my experience with her forever! I can’t recommend booking this experience enough! Shehla is wonderful!★

The hotel transfers in Delhi were precise. The driver in Agra was also polite and drove accurately. Above all, our local Japanese-speaking guide, San-chan, was a Jain, and was earnest and kind. It's lucky to have a Jain guide on your trip to India. If I ever go to India again, I would like to ask him to be my guide. Thank you very much 😊★

We arrived right on time. The driver was punctual and provided great assistance at the trip's end (details below). Private tour at premium price. 4-hour drive to Jaipur: excellent highways, professional driver. Russian-speaking guide joined in Jaipur.
Visited only 65% of sites. Tour lasted 3 hours—too short for itinerary. After Palace, lunch ended it. Guide skipped Stepwell (road issues, no prior warning) and observatory entirely. Escalated to management; time lost. 5-hour return to Delhi.
Total: 9 hrs driving, 3 hrs touring. Guide's choices baffling. 🥺 Management refunded missed sites—thanks! Guide excellent on visited spots: knowledgeable, answered all questions (even off-topic). Driver outstanding: took us to Delhi Stepwell, dropped off precisely, courteous, eased tensions. Management kudos for switching to European lunch day before (default unsuitable).
