Overall, a fantastic trip! We would definitely do it again! There was a lot of information provided about the different whale species, especially when we saw a dolphin. We also really appreciated the organization WeWhale and their focus on environmental responsibility. This was reflected in the snacks and drinks provided, as well as in the choice of a small boat with only a few people on board. Thank you!★

My ticket with TUI was closely inspected. It’s almost like they had no idea I was going to turn up and didn’t believe it was a real ticket. Once that was sorted and we got out, the experience was fantastic. It’s pricey for 40 mins, however I don’t think I would’ve wanted to be out for any longer. I actually believe this to be good value for money. Also photos were purchased and transferred straight to my phone. Around 50 photos for €20. I would definitely go back.★

Its a bit of confusion about pick up point, could have been better communication the day before from the tour company, but they rand on the day to ask where i am, and they came to is to pick up, its everything perfect after that, guide have excellent knowledge about the tour, explained in 3 languages, including english, trip timanfaya national park, feel like in another planet.★

The guide exudes passion, explaining and demonstrating throughout the trek. The scenery is breathtaking, and he speaks excellent Italian. The pace is quite fast, but overall, I would definitely recommend the experience.★
