Sister Shi (our guide) is an exceptionally kind person. She was patient and meticulous throughout the trip, providing informative and engaging explanations of the sights. She proactively checked on everyone's well-being, helped with luggage, recommended authentic local cuisine, and helped us avoid common pitfalls. Traveling with her was incredibly worry-free, and my wonderful trip was all thanks to her! Because I bought a student ticket, customer service handled issues and refunded the price difference very promptly. Highly recommended!!!★

Doing this trip during the winter was so worth it- there was almost no one else at the Jinshaling section of the wall when we were there! If it is snowy/icy, I wouldn't recommend going to Jinshaling though as it will be too slippery (there were some steep climbs). The driver was there on time to drop us off at the wall and was there again to take us back. One thing I would say is that you do NOT get a guide with this tour, basically just a driving service- I thought that wasn't very clear on the description. Everything else was great, no complaints 👍★

Our driver,Jack.He is very punctual to pick us up from hotel and helped us to buy ticket to the Great Wall and made sure we know how to get to the cable car station as well. Along the way,he also recommended us some shopping centre to visit and taught us how to take subway back to our hotel. We really enjoyed our trip.Trip.com Picks
