If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
The Nile sailing boat cruise lasts approximately 1 hour from 16:00 to 18:00 (subject to local conditions with slight seasonal adjustments, please refer to actual arrangements).
After booking, please travel according to the notified time. No refunds or changes are allowed for missed trips due to customer tardiness.
We recommend booking as soon as your dates are confirmed. For last-minute bookings, please contact customer support first to confirm availability and avoid travel disruptions after booking.
Child tickets are available for children aged 3 years old (inclusive) to under 8 years old. Please purchase full-price tickets for children outside this age range.
