Reviews: Vatican: Early Entry to Museums, Sistine Chapel & St Peter's

It was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip! It was easy to find the meeting point and our guide Tony was simply amazing. There's no way to avoid the security check line, but we used the time to learn all about the Sistine Chapel since you can't talk inside. The basilica is wonderful and the skip-the-line option on this tour is worth its weight in gold because the line was over 4 hours. Everything was great and I highly recommend it!

A very expensive tour for what you get. Our guide was great however the head pieces were poor quality and it was hard to hear her. I appreciate we were able to ‘skip the line’ which saved hours of waiting. We weren’t able to get direct access to St Peter’s Basilica at the end of the tour & did that on another day. I am glad we did see the museums and the Sistine Chapel, but I would not pay this price to do it again

Paula is an excellent tour guide. She has a deep knowledge for colosseum, Sistine Chapel and other history site that we visit today. She also managing time efficiently by providing us sufficient time to rest and for lunch. Well recommended to people who want to take this tour.

If your hotel is in the city center, it's not worth it. The Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Castel Sant'Angelo, and Villa Borghese are the most visited sights. If you book everything well in advance, you'll definitely save money. The bus (city tour) is a disaster. There's no commentary, and you get hardly any information about the city. It's a shame. You often get stuck in traffic (walking is faster). I don't think it's good value for money.
