We got the Black Swan Tours and our driver/guide Arnold was very friendly and helpful. Visited 3 wineries (Twin Hills, Ofw and Nikola Estate), a Gin distillery and Whistler's chocolate company. I did wish it was the Providore though. Not sure how it works since the places are fixed by the tour operators. Overall it was a pleasant tour and worth a full day tour for merriment!

Lovely day at various wineries and a brewery and chocolate factory. Really fun day with a smallish group of fellow travellers. All the wine tasting was really great. Lunch was ok. Would definitely recommend this as a great way to try the local wines.

It was great to be able to sample so many different wines at three wineries. The Lancaster winery was especially delicious, with a cheese board included, which really brought out the flavor of the wines. The lunch menu was also delicious and had a wide variety of options. Since it's close to Perth, it's a great tour to join on a whim.

The service was standard; the location indicated on Ctrip was accurate. Upon arrival, the staff asked for the number below the QR code, making ticket exchange easy. There were signs for the ticket office along the way. The itinerary itself was fine, but it's best to rent a bicycle on the island, otherwise, getting around is extremely difficult.

Most Pinnacles tours are in English, so I joined this tour even though the guide spoke English. I was able to sit in the front row of a small bus, so I could see the scenery on both sides of the road, and the scenery changed as we moved along, which was amazing. The guide was kind, and the tour itself was fun. At Pinnacles, I was impressed by the scenery that seemed like the end of the earth, the sunset, and even the starry sky. The picnic dinner was even more delicious than I expected.


